Goodwood Breakfast Club - 1st Oct
Discussion
The next Goodwood Breakfast Club meeting (Sunday 1st October) is, I think, the last one of the year. It's an American theme this time around, so there's likely to be a lot of Detroit iron on display.
For those that haven't been before, the official start time is 9am, although you'll be at the back of a long queue for the bacon rolls by then
Anyone can turn up and entry is free, although non-American cars will likely be directed to one of the "public" car parks.
Hope to see some of you there. If there's enough interest, we could organise a mini-cruise from Guildford?

Anyone can turn up.....you just might not be invited to park with the Yanks. Not normally a problem as the public car park is usually well worth a gander.
For those that haven't been...once you enter the circuit, the really good stuff goes to the left as you enter, the leftovers and late arrivals get to go through the tunnel under the track and park in the paddock area, and Joe Public goes to the right and parks up there. At the German sportscar Brekkie Club, I parked up next to an F40

Never mind fella, looks like it might be a washout, but I'm still going.
Hope to see a few of you there, I'll be in the (blue) 300zx

Hmm, was an early start, but well wort it as I got to convoy down with about 7 Corvettes
A great morning with some great cars. No new Pontiac GTOs.....well not up 'till about 10.30 when I left. Lots of new Mustangs though. I really REALLY like these cars. Even had Autocar's ex-long termer (the one they bought in NYC and shipped back). New owner clearly loves his new car - good man
