Has anyone had the Roller Rockers done and if so any noticable difference to other Wortec packages?

I wouldn't bother with these tbh, minimal gains for a lot of cash, better off saving the pennies for a supercharger or for a similar price a diff (if you don't have one already?)

Did have it done on an 04 VXR, felt quite a bit more torque.

1.8 rockers will raise lift by 5% and duration at 0.050 a smidgen too, some say 2%. Works like a mild cam upgrade. Basic bolt on change. But really the cam could do with 15% extra lift and duration.
Better to save your pennies and get a decent cam upgrade.
