Yeh this SERIES ("season" used by Yanks) has been utter rubbish.. Best thing to do is record it then fast forward to Monaro bit. Shame they couldn't do the comparison between Shelby and VXR in one programme. Don't rate VBH as host! The show has been destroyed by cost cutting Five!!! Is Top Gear going to review the Monaro? I remember they did the LSV supercharged Monaro in 03.

When I spoke with Paul (Wortec) yesterday, he said the Top Gear have done the car but transmission date unknown due to the Hamster Factor

I'd have to think twice (at least) about allowing any more of our cars on to the TV. That few second clip was a tiny fraction of the time they spent with the car. Their attention to detail and the quality of Top Gear's filming is superb, but the cars they are lent are regarded almost as disposable items. Manufacturers can amortise this over hundreds/thousands sold, but for small companies like ourselves (or Wortec/etc) it's a big expense.

Has anyone noticed this series that 5th gear have being trying (and failing) to copy the shots used by TopGear on road tests and also they are trying to copy the lens filters too. For some reason it just looks crap though!

but look at the credits on top gear versus fith. The top gear ones run for about 15 minutes, its a major production with big budget

Yes, I hate the silly moody filters on TG, but 5G copies are even worse.

I think she's a crap presenter tbh, there's only one reason she's on it and I think we all know why Plato is alright but I think Tiff acts like too much of a racing driver when road testing cars, talking about stuff most of the general public won't have a clue about - something TopGear don't bother with making it all the more appealing/accessible... Oh and what is up with that new guy??? Is there any point to him being there?
