Grrr...madmadmad have had to replace the front tyres early 'cos one of them wore overly on the inside edge.
The tracking is fine so what could it be?

Camber maybe?

Must be like that from the factory mad

Mine wears like that on the front too (GTS). I can only guess that we need to adjust the camber for better wear as my tracking is fine too.

Had mine sorted by laser alignment at a BMW dealership after two attempts locally. No wear problems now and got it done under warranty!

well known issue with the cars and as Jeff says best way to get it sorted is find a garage with the proper gear to adjust tracking and camber correctly. The 20 quid Kwik Fit job doesnt seem to be sufficient. Sure there are previous posts on here listing a couple of dealers than can do the work.

Keep an eye on it afterwards too as they can drift back. Get it checked every 2K miles or so.

2000m?
That's a bit frequent innit?

Why does it change so quickly?

BigNige you could try Supertyres at Maldon, they have the latest all singing/dancing stuff and have done Enzos, Macca F1's etc there, and take an interest in unusual cars.

Discount Tyres in Hemel are good too and have the full geometry alignment machine. I plan on taking mine there so to try and sort out the problem of having to constantly hold the wheel a couple of degrees to the right.
Tyre wears seem pretty even so far
