OK guys and gals, its MEET time again.

And am hoping to see as many of you HSV/Monaro owners as possible. Just like we did for the Porchester (sorry Will, Cosham meet) earlier this year.

We will be meeting at the Devil's Dyke Pub (BN1 8YJ), just north of Brighton on Saturday 9th December, 2006 @2pm.

So, lets get a list rolling for what we will hope to be a superb day out with as much attendance as possible. Consider it a HSV Cristmas Lunch. Look forward to seeing as many of you as possible

1) Mr & Mrs MOSE

It's looking like Mr and I will be there as long as I can get the night off work. I'm looking forward to meeting you all, and putting faces to names. wavey

I normally sleep all day when I'm nights, which is what I should be that day, or should I say night??? Plus it's my birthday too. How could I better that for a day!?!?

'tis a nice pub and, if the weather is clear, the view from up there is brilliant.

Should get my eyes tested - only saw this yesterday - thought thats handy - not too far away and been a while since I have made a gathering. Go home, check Mrs Huffy's diary.....and will be up North visiting the out-laws. Hope you all have a good day.....maybe manage to catch up with you next time.

I just realised I'm actually in Birmingham with time on my hands that day. Any idea how long it'd take to get down there on a Saturday?

About 2.5 hours at "normal" driving speeds

Allow 4 hrs - the M25 is very unpredictable

hmm dunno then - getting there in morning is no issue but it might interfere with plans for the Saturday evening if its going to stretch into a 4hr drive back. Will see how plans go nearer the time.

Might bring my 3 year old if knowone minds...

With all 3 year olds he is likely to get bored quickly so I will stay for some pie and then shove off.

If you got one, bring a Kite, he'll have oddles of fun as the Dyke is a ridge on the south downs and get's plenty of updraft

If not, buy one...then...see above
