I just found this list of numbers I still had from a few journeys to the friendly parts man!
These are the part numbers, in the off chance somebody wants to make their car feel less homesick! They only apply to the non-VXR cars.
2004 V2 series III Monaro (ie the cars that came from the factory without the bonnet bulges)
Front Holden badge 92093655
Back Holden badge 92157889
Holden Hub caps (Lotsa money!) 92085477 x 4
CV8 on the boot 92105970
Monaro badge on the side of the car (similar to that on the back of the UK cars but not chrome) 92105971 x 2
2005 VZ Monaro (ie bonnet with bumps on it!)
Front Holden badge 92084145
Back Holden badge 92168486
Hub caps 92085477 X 4
CV8 on the boot 92167909
Monaro badge on the side 92105971 x 2
The door sills with a lion on them!
92157282 right
92157283 left
Think these will fit both cars
There are a few other little different badges available. The Monaro CV8R came in storm grey and a crimson colour in different years. The crimson car had black badges. The first series I monaro also had different Monaro badges on the side of the car which would be very similar to the one you get on your cars. These were Chrome coloured as opposed to the brushed alloy look of the later cars.
To make the VXR cars feel less homesick is a whole different kettle of Salmon altogether. I don't have the numbers for them but do remember picking some up and getting a home loan to get them!

Thanks motomk - I had a different number for the hub caps...92092761. I've ordered these + the stainless sill plates from JHP in Oz, got them delivered to a mates house who's there on hols at the mo & he's bringing them back for me. All in all it came to £140 incl shipping & insurance. (geoff@jhp.com.au) With the exception of the centre of the steering wheel, all the Vauxhall badges have now been replaced with Holden ones!

Were the CV8-R badges solid black, or black chrome? I had a hankering for some for quite a while.
I believe it was Black Chrome.

Looks like it wasn't the series II CV8-R but the series III only that had the black badges

for anyone interested there is a much much cheaper solution, LSV sell sticky rubber badges that can be used to replace any of the Vauxhall ones including the steering wheel. The one on the steering wheel though is a bit of a pain to do but if careful it can be done neatly. The VX badge sits inside a soft metal disc, which in itself sits in the moulding in the plastic. Using tape, cloth etc to protect the metal disc its possible to lever the VX badge out the centre - its a tough barsteward to move and you will sound your horn several times in the process but it can be done. Then I simply trimmed the clear rubber edge from one of the black and silver HSV badges and stuck it in place. Only thing I didnt get right was to really clean up the silver disc and because the badge is printed on a thin coat at the base of the rubber you can make out a couple of small bumps in the print from the glue residue left by the VX badge. If anyones interested I'll post a photo showing final result.

. I really don't like thinking about how much I've spent on this stuff. And i nearly had a nervous breakdown when I was fitting it.
- I can imagine! Is it a difficult job or just a very sensative one?
They sure know where to hit us hard don't they??
