ls2 vxr 2005 showing 40000 mile service warning every time i start her - mileage only 26000 and she had a full service at greens about 4 months ago any ideas?

There was a screw up with the computer when the car was bought into the UK.

The original car was in KMs, including the service indicators but when they reprogrammed, they forgot the service schedule.
