Use to listen to this when i was back home, and just remembered it.
Pretty cool when there is pursuit on, currently some dudes where doing burnouts on top of a mountain, with a look out car at the bottom of the mountain. Unmarked car went up the mountain, and then busted them. (buggar). A couple of the guys took off and currently pursuit going on, 170kph in a 60kph zone.

Ah.... the days of scanners in the UK - mispent youth.... 
Always remember West Mercia Police getting fed up with people scanning them and turning up at incidents.... so they did a 'War of the Worlds' scam and broadcast on their frequency a false emergency that some kind of UFO had landed on the Malvern Hills - when people showed up, they arrested them! Oh how we laughed.
It's a pity they've gone the digital 'airwave' route now, as you can't pick it up on conventional scanners
