245 19 35(?) all round mate. Normal stock tyres are Pirellis although once I had run these down I opted for the Goodyear F1s all round, a much better tyre in all conditions. And they seem to be more durable as well.

I paid a little over the odds as I got them locally.

Kwik Tit were charging £239(inc VAT) per corner. ATS were about £5 cheaper but none in stock. National said they would call me back but never did.

So a local tyre fitter got them within 2 hours and fittted them same day for £185 each, fitted and inclusive of VAT.

Not longg after having them fitted, I hit a very large meteor crater on a main road and it wrote of a front tyre. Replaced at MichelDeva for £170.

V8HSV uses Nankang NS-2s on his GTS with Monaro 19in wheels and seem to rate them pretty well. They are £97.30 each on mytyres.co.uk.

Eagle F1s are £186.80 on mytyres which is quite a lot. In 235 width they are £50 less from them!

I just payed £105 each for 2 Eagle F1s for my CV8

If anyones nr Bagshot try Phoning around to get a good price (Micheldiver or Bracknell Tyre and Battery are useally the cheapest but have huge queue's) Then call Humphries in Bagshot and they will always beat your best price, no waiting etc.

F1's where great on my M5 when I have worn through the first set thats the way I will go.

+2 for mytyres and the NS-2's they grip way better than the tyres that were on there when I got the car and at the price excessive abuse becomes almost mandatory.

Nige,

Get a good quote for the tyres you are after, then give Woods a call (opposite Chalkwell Park). They are a nice bunch of guys will usually offer a good deal if you tell them what you've been quoted elsewhere.

Oh yes, forgot about Woods, have been using Bell tyres or Market tyres.

Cheers.
