Just picked up my New VXR yesterday, wow love it to bits so far even if it still being run in.
I have a question though about the Climate control.

Mine only shows the temp on the drivers side of the LCD and the blue and red control works great on the drivers side.

On the passenger side the blue and red control has Min and Max written next to it.
there is no temp display on the passenger side part of the lcd (is this normal)

When I press the red or blue it seems to just make the temp jump straight to the highest setting or blue the lowest.

I though you could set a temp for each side

Is it broked already!!

my only other niggles gawd is that gear change stiff, and call that an exhaust I'm saving up for the end of Jan

apart from that I'm over the moon, I had not even seen one in the flesh never mind driven one. (deposit over the phone).
Wow I have never felt so good handing over a load of dosh. In the flesh this car is amazing, the dealer went to fill it up and 3 people approached him to have a look around it!

The fun is just begining!!

The CC should display temp on both sides, but, I think it can be set up for just one. Have a glance at the manual and it should tell you. The gearshift will ease with miles, but, ripshift will change feel dramatically. And the exhaust speaks for itself, change as soon as safe to do so!!!!!

Worth using Super unleaded as well.

Enjoy!!

Nothing in the manual, it says you can link them but this should still show both sides.

So is a switchable exhaust going to work on a standard exhaust, or is the large variance between on and off going to beyond the tuning ideals?

Checked out climate on my HSV the passenger side controls you say directly turn Climate to lowest or highest available setting Lo Hi displays on screen press same button again and reverts back to original setting.Don't think any of these cars have dual zone climate control.

Thats exactly what its doing, So have I been given a non dual control Air con.

Does a normal VXR 6.0 have max min written on the passenger side temp control??

Damn does not sound good, I must be able to get this swapped through warranty?
Brian do you think I should go to my supplying dealer or to any Monaro Dealer i.e Greens?

Any should be able to sort as long as they are official Monaro dealers
