pah a mere 3 month wait - consider yourself lucky you're not one of the teachers in my school who have to wait much longer for my IT team to finish a game of Unreal Tournament before we'll actually go help them 
In the meantime, have you tried calling? Or email Timala(?) on here as he's part of the LSV team. Random outbursts on the forum rarely get results.
