Definitely worth it.
The more mods you have on there before you do the better as its all cumulative.
But a tune only is still going to give you a better car to drive.

I particlarly noticed the improved throttle response when I had mine done - worth the cash just for that IMHO.

the only mod iv done is take both back boxs off sounds nice now but not to loud

It's a no brainer, it'll transform the car, improve response, performance and fuel economy, while you're at it, get the cat back exhaust fitted, it'll sound like it goes. Cost around £1650.
