Heel toe

My feet are too small to do this in the Monaro without twisting my leg so much it hurts my knee...!

Does anyone know of, or can recommend, a nice pedal set, or some kind of mod, with an extra bit on the throttle so I can reach it to 'blip'.?

Its not too bad the accelerator is quite long, so you dont need to angle your foot too much outwards stock.
Mind you I have size 11 or 12's

Yeah, mine are size 7's, I stopped growing when I was 14!!

Can I bend the pedal across or something? Or shall I just keep a right size 11 shoe in the car with loads of insoles in!!

The change etc are much more lazy than that.

Yeah but still, with that big engine the breaking on it is kinda huge - so a 'blip' between cogs coming off a sliproad is nice. I can do it but I had practice in the ol' 911. Size 8s here.

I find the hinged pedal limit my ability to do it nicely, I might have to modify the pedal to lock the hinge in place somehow.

Cos it's nicer and smoother to blip the throttle on a down change and, especially on track, sometimes the ideal time to change down is when you're turning into a corner on the brakes.

And thats a proper double de clutch right........ a smooth fast gearchange, smoother under braking and a wonderful sound!

wear some work boots - works for me!

pedals are a bit badley spaced - if i've got go kart boots on i cant heel n toe in it at all (i can fit my size 10s between each pedal!)

do a search on US 911 sites - 911's have hinged pedals and the you can definately get extension plates (extensions are illegal in the uk for the road i think however?)
