Picked up a pair of black mirrors from US eBay for £40 including shipping. Finally got them on today.

I have a black cv8 and have spare mirrors, door handles, fuel filler, fog lamp, (wheels too soon maybe), all the centre dash, switches, door handles, air vents etc. What colour would be good? orange=not sure, pink=really not sure but wife would like it, some two pack changing colour stuff??=colour??. Or black??

Are the black ones in the picture satin finish? That would look better. MINI have done something similar IRC.

hehe if thats not a good reason not to buy a slow red car then I don't know what is - just how pink does that look in the sunlight!!! Get a fast black and see the difference it makes (comes with free set of black mirrors)

Myabe with tints that would look really good.

The black mirrors look like they need some more black to set them off and thats why I think the tints would do it.

Had a bit of a disaster with the mirrors on one of my HSVs and got a pair from Australia which arrived unpainted and black. I tried them on my car (red, fastest colour ) but everyone told me to get them painted! Sorry, unless in Carbon Fibre they dont look good.
