Slow seats.....

So, I guess this might not annoy too many people - but to get in and out of the back the electric seats are SO SLOW......

It means I have to stand in the rain for ages while I wait for the seats to move so that the kids can get in and out, and then once they are in I again have to wait for ages while the seat takes is slow journey back to my driving position.....

Anyone got a mod to Turbo-charge the seat motors?

One of the things you just don't think about when designing a car in Oz... more time spent in the sun the better as far as we are concerned!
I'm no techo....
put a voltage doubling device in the wires leading into the motor?
hook somthing up to the V8 (that should do it!)?
dont have kids?
worthless I know but that's 2 mins less of my day I have to fill in.

Must admit this is the single most annoying thing about my car.
I leave the passenger seat fully forward and my son has to get in the back on that side as everytime a touch the drivers seat I hate waiting 1/2 an hour so I can get back in.
Why does it have to be soooooooo slow? (Wortec Seat upgrade please!!!!)

Agree - its the only annoying feature of the car (I'd happily switch to a manual version!)

I got so hacked off with it when I saw it I didnt consider a purchae. Lucky the old HSV's are manual.
Not sure why its so slow. I guess it you are the only one driving its ok. But access to the back sucks too!
Luck all you guys will soon have some nice new 4 door's to upgrade to. Then rear access is easy

Shame - I was hoping that someone had a turbo mod for them as for me this really is the only annoying thing about the car.....
