Its the tune Channel 7 used to use for their Bathurst coverage back in the 80s.

ETA II - And so it shall be that I find Mike Raymond, Gary Wilkinson and behold, DJ's big XE thundering up the mountain, right before he obliterated it. For those who dont know, he buried his car amongst trees that left the car virtually unrecogniseable and walked away from it.

Made the loong trek over from Perth to Bathurst for the '83 race, the one when DJ binned the XE in the shootout.
My only visit so far, although we did half consider running the Gp A RX7 in 86. Bloody thing was so slow in the ATCC round at Wanneroo that we decided against it
