Sadly my beastie has to goweeping

After over 2 years of ownership of the most amazing car, growing business interests mean I have to cut back and will be driving even more so I have to join the turbo oil brigade for a while.

Just wanted to publicly thank all those who have given me such good advice and particularly Paul & Duncan (Wortec) for great advice and products and turning my car into a complete 911 Turbo baiting missile...Had a DB9 scared today the damn car is running fab right now..bloody typical.

Have run with a full range of Wortec mods from day 1 and the car has been totally brilliant and never failed over big mileage and the odd track day.

Big thanks to Monkfish, Greens and Picadors who have all provided me top quality service.

Luckily my car has found a quite excellent home where I know it will be loved and cared for and even improved!!

All being well 'I'll be back'. At least my oil mobile can be chipped to 300hp

Apologies if it sounds a bit acceptance speechy but I am genuinely grateful to the guys above for helping me get the most I could out of my car which has been an amazing source of fun. I always wanted a V8 monster...and I want one again in the future.

Have fun and DRIVE ONdriving

You'll be like me then

Mine has to go after just over two years and I am really, really gutted.

One day I will return to the fold (hopefully)

Me too! Seconded all of the above praise.

Is this exodus contagious?

I've gone back to a Land Rover (Discovery not Defender this time) and have already started the Modding ECU remap makes the 2.5 TD5 go a hell of a lot better

Been onto the PH Landrover forum looking for the same wit & information as here..... sadly dissapointed

Sorry to hear that. Also sorry we never got it together to meet up prior to my HSV being destroyed. Glad to hear you've found a good home for it.
Welcome to the world of re-mapped turbo diesels. It's not as bad as you might think, honest.

Anyone having to move to a 4x4 (Landrover, Jeep, etc) oil burning or otherwise who wants some serious performance should contact Buster (aka Chris Bashall) at Surrey Off-Road (www.surreyoff-road.com/).

The guy does amazing things.
