VXR Brake Pads

If I decided to sell off a set of genuine VXR brake pads, front and rear do you reckon there'd be any takers? Have ordered a set of Monkfish alternatives to try out which means I'm going to be left with the VXR standard pads. Can't decide whether to keep them as spares or sell them off so thought I'd try gauge what interest there'd be in them. No point sticking them on Ebay only for someone to get them at 10 quid or so - worth more to me as a spare set to keep for emergencies. If I was to sell them what would be a fair price - apparently they're more expensive than Roger's to buy through a dealer but obviously I'd need to sell for a good bit less than his price to make it worthwhile for someone - just how much lower would they have to be?

Do you mean you have a new set of pads available or do you mean you are selling the worn set from your current car?

If its the first then you should be able to sell easily, if its the second then I cannot imagine why anybody would want to fit a set of worn pads to a car of this performance.

no they're a brand new set that came along with my new VXR brakes I'm fitting to my cv8 this Friday. Certainly wouldn't consider selling worn pads. Just with so many people having AP's on their VXR's I wondered what level of interest there would actually be and whether I'd be as well just hanging on to them as spares.

was hoping someone would give me an idea of what they reckon they're worth - I'd a notional idea of maybe around half what Roger charges for his option - say around 75-80 quid? Too much, not enough?
