Any Monaro's In Sheffield?

well i'm from Doncaster but it wasent me due to me being in Cyprus for 6 months

I'm planning on getting one in the next month. I suppose that doesnt count really but I live in worksop and work in rotherham so not far away. Often drive through sheffield too so you might just notice another monaro in the next few months.

Which model you guys got? I'm after a 04 vxr but theyre hard to find so im considering skinting myself for a 6.0 vxr.
I'm sure theres few monaro's around here as ive seen 2 different ones in the last 2 months around tickhill area. One was a red 6.0 other was black 6.0

i drive a Red 04 vxr with wortec Performance pac fitted.
i drive through Tickhill often but have not caught sight of red 6L or black one, but i have seen a blue cv8 and a silver 04 vxr around the Doncaster area but i think they was passing through, never to be seen since, not from Cyprus anyway

The red 6.0 could have been yours ie a 5.7 vxr. I only caught a glimpse as i was probably doing 80+ the other direction. If you drive through again let me know id like to know what your car sounds like as if i manage to find a 04 vxr i want the performance pac too! I'f i end up buying a 6.0 i doubt id have a performance pac at first as the car is over my budget to start with.

Next time you go to Cyprus ill look after your monaro haha

ye i will give you a nudge when i get back to the UK chances are you will have bought one It would be good to get a few more owners in the area.

Yeah it would be nice if there was a few people with them around here. I'm after buying one in may and hopefully will get one. Theres some good roads around tickhill especially the one from there to maltby if its clear. I'll let you know when i get one anyways.

Dont know mate like i said i wasnt hanging about lol. Yorks not all that near tickhill so unless you'd been for a run i doubt it. Theres some nice roads on way to elvington near york. Had a right load of fun on my way to TOTB last year

Took the kids and the missus to the snake pass inn for some grub yesterday . Was taking it a bit easy but still getting a feel for the car. Then, due to a slight bump in the road, good ol snake, one of my daughters was ready to toss her cookies . Luckily that was before we'd eaten. Funny, she never had a problem in the scoob. She was ok after we'd eaten and we strolled on home.
