If thats RWHP then thats very very high for a stock 5.7 engine.
So high Id say something was amis. Unless its an LS2 in which case its a good stout number.

.. and if its FWHP then it looks pretty much stock numbers. Maybe with one or two minor mods.

Don't think many CV8's have made 355 FWHP stock.

would that make much difference, i presume it would increase figures on a cold day but was rather hot on saturday.

just wanted to see if that was the norm figures for the mods fitted

The dyno posts are a little emotive on this forum, put a search in for dyno and you`ll see what I mean.

Seems to me like you got a good`n all the numbers are above what you`d expect from a stock car, but alas the only real benefit from RR is to compare against any future mods you plan.

As long as you use the same guy..... at the same conditions..........on the same day of the week.....wearing the same clothes.....etc

Yeah somethings up, should be at least 70bhp difference between the fly and the wheels, maybe more on well modded cars.

The 04 CV8 is supposedly 333ps at the flywheel. If you have 355 at the wheels you have lots of power yes

not making excuses but on occasions i have noted clutch burning smell after a fruitful excercising of the go pedal but never actually noticed any slippage as such maybe that wud account for it.

mind you just looking at the other figures for cars running on the day and the difference is pretty similar

Works out to 260rwkw which is a very stout stock LS1. In fact marginal BS call.
But about right on an LS2 with some mods.
Apparently the new 6L VE's drop about 260rwkw with exhaust only.
