The dealer got carried away when buying. At the time it was at online auction there were on only VXR 6.0 for sale. I assume he didn't know the different models and got it wrong. It's come down £3k and still a bit too much for an old shape CV8

It is nice, and really low miles, in some ways, would like to swap it for mine (just for the same blue car, but fresher, lower miles), but for the lack of mods on it, bar the spoiler, it looks completely standard. Some may like that sort of thing, but going by the sheer % of modified cars one would suspect that most people would look for a car with a couple of choice mods at least. Which makes it an expensive purchase if the plan is to mod it going forwards.

I suppose I shouldn't grumble too much, mine has only just turned 71K miles which isn't exactly a lot on these and is in otherwise very good nic.

Think it had some problems confused and came via auction from WBAC

I turned it down as the paint was poor for a low mileage example, it used to be Dee Tees car. the car had been painted poorly down both sides but didn't know why.
