I have just been checking the UK pedders web site looking for a trans mount insert for the gearbox, however I couldn't see one listed. Has anybody done this mod, if so how did you find it. I'm aware of the window sealant mod as mentioned by SturdyHSV.

Just as a point to chuck in, it's not advisable to stiffen up the trans mount without stiffening up the engine mounts first.

The argument being restricting trans movement whilst not reigning in the engine puts undesirable twisting forces through the bell housing.

OK, Sturdy HSV, thanks for that info, I'll give it a miss for now as I have a couple of big jobs to sort out anyway.

This is a recurring theme, but I have a white line diff insert waiting to be fitted. Easy?
