I collected my Sag from the garage yesterday after having had the steering rack reconditioned and noticed on the drive back home that the horn and the dash display control buttons were not working.

I've checked the horn fuse on the fuse/relay board and it's intact.

So it seems like a connection is loose somewhere, but I cant see anything obvious under the dash.

Any suggestions or directions as to what the problem is and how to fix it would be very welcome as I really do not want to have to take the car in to be serviced again!

Quite annoying really as both the horn and the dash display buttons were working when I took the car in!

Take it back to the garage and get them to fix it.

If there's a quick fix I'd rather not have to do that as it's a bit of a trek to get there. Help please someone?

Horn push should have an earth and a 12v supply on spade connectors. I believe the wires for the display controls are hard wired and don't unplug unless modified. They sit on a plate mounted to the boss behind the steering wheel. Take the steering wheel off and have a look you can check both at the same time

As Alex said, take it back. Maybe they rotated the steering wheel when the rack was not connected so all the wires for the buttons and the horn are cut apart....hopefully only the connector is separated.
