'Spooky' gremlins in the T350
Discussion
Hi All
Just picked my car up after having the brake discs and pads all round, new front alloys and front driver track rod to cure a juddering under braking. Had to travel back in some severe rain but no probs, lights on on way home.
Stick the car in the garage and on the accumate and waited for it to charge. Went out to the garage 3 hours later to find the front lights on at main beam, but light switch was off!?
Anyway after fidgeting with fuses took out no.10 dip beam (was a 20 instead of a 10!)and lights go off, put back in and on they come. Using the light switch has no effect, lights stay on.
Leave fuse out overnight and put in this morning and hey presto the lights stay off. Accumate had topped the battery up no problem and had car out for a blast in the dry and no probs - so far.
So, please any thoughts - water/damp or dodgy relay? Or anything else.
Thanks
Cammy

It does sound like it's moisture related. I had this on my car when I left it with the Specialist for a week for full service, a few extras and MOT. It poured down that week and I had a few electric gremlins for the next few weeks. I put it down to moisture in the electrics. It helps if you can drive it regularly in the dry to get air blowing through.
Touch wood, but ever since then everything has been runnin smoothly.
