T350 (05) Carbon Canister

Can anyone tell me where the carbon canister / fuel tank vent is on an '05 T350?
I have issues with my tank pressurising after driving in traffic when the fuel level in the tank is low, which I assume is because the fuel is getting hot due to the number of times it passes along the fuel rail and over the hot engine without getting used.
