Looking for a little advise please? My drivers side window pops out past the targa seal at the top over 60mph so I thought I would adjust it. I went to remove the door card by removing the three plugs in the bottom of the door and undoing the hex screws inside but they just spin. Any suggestions?

Thanks

There just a selftaping thread so use long noise pliers to turn / pull at the same time

They aren't self tappers on mine they are encapsulated nuts that are crimped to the door card. Was a bit of a problem getting them out as all 3 just spin so you can't even drill them. In the end I just used force to pull them out and replaced them with BMW plastic poppers.

They are the same on mine, I was going to reply when you first posted but you had replied saying you sorted it so did not bother.

I had a look and one moved hence thinking it was solved but it was infact the nut coming out of the door card! Typical TVR though, turning what should be a 5 min job into 3 hours!
