T350 Heater Amplifier

Who should I send this to for refurbishment? I've removed the charred remains (OK, not quite that bad) from the passenger footwell and have replaced the plug along with wire to relocate it to the upper dash. I've bought a new socket and capacitors but realistically, I've reached the limits of my talent with a soldering iron and don't want to risk fitting them myself. Which I guess would be a waste of time anyway if the PCB has gone.
