Removing Seat Backs

Is the a guide online?

Undid the bolts but the leather is stuck to the sides. Anything else holding them on?

These are Tamora seats, not Tuscan style.

If you want the seat backs off you need not only to remove the 4 bolts but the seat material where it is fixed to the seat backs
