sometimes smoke im my t350c

HI, smoke sometimes comes out of the hole at the hand brake. Only, when car is driven really warm/hot. But the garage does not know, where it comes from. Perhaps any ideas ? Uli

I guess you need to pinpoint under what conditions the smoke comes out. Is it after sitting in traffic with the car hot? Is it after a good thrashing/fast drive? Is it when the car is cold.

It sounds like something is burning from what you have described before. There are a lot of pieces of heat insulation material under the transmission area - if you get the car on a ramp can you see anything which has come loose?

Or maybe you are cooking kippers on the engine?
