Return pipe on top of oil reservoir tank

The next time anyone is under there bonnet doing a fluid check can you have a quick look to see if your return pipe on top of the oil reservoir tank has a fastener or jubilee clip round it please.

Mine hasn't so just curious.

Mine didn't, I think it's just a breather, , and so not under any pressure.

Mine neither, its only a breather pipe, so there is no presure in the tank.
