Yes, they are. There are different housings for rhd and lhd mirrors. However, the motors should be the same on both sides, I guess.

Yep, I know that and saw that advert but he says it's untested so not worth the risk.

Is your motor definitely fooked?

I bought a pair of Corrado mirrors from Ebay, one didn't work, all it needed was a tiny spot of oil on the motor bearings. Just like oiling a Scalextric motor many years ago
