TVR Sagaris No 12V Supply to Fuse 36 Please Help

Hello everyone,
I am repairing a TVR Sagaris with a power steering problem.
The power steering is not working because there is no 12V supply to Fuse 36.
The PAS pump itself is OK.
If I apply 12V directly to the circuit, the power steering works normally.
I have already checked the fuses, relays, connectors and wiring as far as possible, but I cannot find where the original power supply to Fuse 36 comes from.
Does anyone know where Fuse 36 gets its 12V supply from on a Sagaris?
I believe this circuit is also shared with the lambda sensor heaters.
I specifically need to find the original power source before Fuse 36 — relay, connector, splice, wire or fuse-board input.
If anyone has a Sagaris wiring diagram, or has experienced the same problem, please help me.
Even just knowing where I should check next would be extremely helpful.

In my experience most PAS problems are caused with the GREY ROUND CITREON RELAY IN THE ENGINE BAY ...I had mine upgraded and moved inside the car passenger footwell on my Tuscan Convertible.

Keith, I sort of agreed about the relay issue. but OP, are you understanding the alarm and how the alarm works to de-activate the alarm, assuming the alarm is OE you have two options (key on and press the fob and the steering pump should prime, OR, contact key and ignition on to prime), the pump also has a inertia switch which is earth out on to the pump relay (rather than power through).

Strange for those two unrelated functions to share the same fuse but it is a TVR 
I don't know if ALL Sags kept the same wiring loom. The Tuscan convertible loom came in Sept'05 when Sags had been in production since 2004 , and the Tuscan MK2 Targa adopted the Convertible loom in Jan'06.

On the Tam ('03 mk2) the power steering and fuel pumps (they are twin pumps in the tank) share a fuse. The first sign of the fuel tank plate wiring failing was the fuse blowing with the powersteering connected. Which I incorrectly took to mean the powersteering relay was at fault.
Are the fuel pumps running?
Power to all the fuses on the fuse board comes from the common supply / feed to the board.
