They are standard Ford fuel filters and should not require changing for at least 75,000 miles. Thats a significant job to do if they are not really required. The dirty fuel in the video will have come out of the inlet side of the filters, not the outlet so they will still filter correctly.

The Aston Martin service schedule does not specify any time or mileage for the filter replacement so they must consider then as a lifetime fit.

According to Scuderia Parts:

obviously you need to double-check before you part with cash

Recently, I replaced the fuel filters inside the fuel tank on my Aston Martin DB9 (12/2006). Interestingly, these are the same filters used in, for example, the Ford Fiesta.

Please find the part numbers below:

Purro PUR-PF4005
MANN WK 79
Filtron PP865
Bosch 0 450 905 324

If you are planning to replace the 8 mm fuel hoses inside the tank (which may be necessary due to their age), make sure to use submersible fuel hose compliant with SAE J30 R10 and/or VW TL 522 56. You can, of course, try to source hoses identical to the original ones fitted in the tank, but finding them in the correct lengths is likely to be difficult.

During the same service, I also installed check valves in the fuel lines. Their purpose is to maintain fuel pressure in the system after the fuel pumps are switched off because 1 my pump was not doing it properly any more.
