v8 Vantage, 2007, strange modified fan activities

Since some weekes, my heating Fan does strange things.
riding up the hill, there is really low air coming out the ventilation flaps. running down the hill/mountain the full fan comes throu. What the hell is that? seems to be some kind of loose contact... but where? and why? very strange incident. especially in a roadster in these times, it is very annoing.
Somebody has an idea?
