07 vantage binnacle

Morning folks, my instrument binnacle leather has shrunk (again). Was wondering if anyone has had one re-covered and what one might expect to pay for a professional job?

I had a replacement cover made a few years back and paid £60. That was with me removing the leather from the binnacle and then gluing on the replacement.

I paid £150 at a local trimmers for mine to be recovered, about three years ago.

Had mine done last year by a trimmer in the UK. Cost £280 all in, including the hood. He had to strip the old glue and stretch new hide over, took about a week. Held up fine so far, no shrinkage yet. Avoid the cheap eBay covers, they're a nightmare to fit and look puckered.
