Hi

I need to time one bank on my 2013 Vanquish with the AM11 V12.

After googling I can only find information for the first gen Vanquish.

Does anybody know if the information is available for the AM11 engine?

Thanks

I would, but I don’t have PayPal and I can’t see any other way to pay.

I'm taking it you have the chain now off and cams in position, I'd remove the cams if they are in and turn the engine over to get the two yellow links aligned on the cam sprockets then the lower yellow link aligns with the crank sprocket mark, once done fit the cams that are removed and align the chain as the other bank on the three marks. It is the same as the original V12 the timing didn't change only the VCT sprockets.

I’m repairing a crash damaged one.
In the accident the timing cover was cracked and the tensioner guide behind it was cracked. When I touched it gently, it moved and the tensioner popped out to full extension. When that happened, I’m sure the cams moved ever so slightly.
Obviously don’t want to attempt starting it now. I need to take the inlet off on the same bank anyway, so when I do that I want to check the timing.

I think what you say makes sense. Will take a look. Thanks.
