Just browsing for a Rapide after considering a DBX to get 4 seats. Still not sure on the performance SUV concept, so thought hey, what about those old Rapides, 4 seats ( I only need occasional rear seats, but for adults), hatchback boot to get luggage in, comfortable and look gorgeous.

Wow, there are so few available (30), and the S seems to be holding its price well. The AMR is doing very well at £125k+.

So are people holding on to them because they are unique and probably never be repeated now the "4 door" is an SUV.

They look even better than I remember now. I can see prices holding and maybe increasing as the last V12 saloon option other than the quite different Bentley.

I think the only issue is £2 a gallon of Vpower.

I noticed the same for the Vanquish S recently too.

Yes, that's the one that prompted my wider search. There are 30 for sale in the UK from what I can see, it will be interesting to see what this goes for, currently £40k but the reserve not met yet. Add in some commission and it looks like £50k is where these are at privately, mid £50 for dealers. Couple at Aston Bristol that look nice, but probably getting too old for the Aston network now.

Good luck with that. Was about that in 1985.

Ha ha, wish I was right as I would definitely have a Rapide on the drive.
