He sells them to install yourself amongst other things, like the headlight venting kits and interior light upgrades, he can provide you with a stock list.
Reminds me I need to get round to installing mine, the interior lights and the upgraded controller for headlight venting kit. Some nice little jobs to do over the winter months.

Are you really sure the HVAC rotary dials are METAL?
Anyway, D. Sharp had gauged interest two years ago but I personally have never read anything about that project again since then. He´s the only one I can remember so far. There might be others, of course.

Are they not metal either? My illusions are shattered! I’d just assumed that they were, from the feel.Anyway, D. I am NOT saying: "they are not metal" - simply because my car does not feature that 2009-2015 centre stack console. So I cannot judge from personal experience/touch.
I am just referencing what D.Sharp and several owners of such cars stated in the pictured thread. They clearly said these rotary dials are plastic, not metal. They made no difference between the radio and the HVAC rotary dials. Hence my question.
If it´s an important issue to you (it should be not), then I would suggest asking Mr Sharp what became of his idea of a project. I know no other possible source and he does lots of metal pieces for the VH cars.
