Base for DB5 replica

I would love to build a DB5 replica based on an affordable and available basis?

Do you know what car/available replica kit would fit the best and require the least changes?

TVR Tuscan chassis with the speed 6 engine. Very similar set up as the Aston is.
Look for Ebat for a salvage car (Only bodywork)
