Build Numbers of Vantages in different colours

Is there anywhere I can find build numbers of V12 Vantages in different colours?
At some stage in the future I would like to change my Tungsten V8 for a V12, and I have decided to go for a colour a little more extravagant on this occasion.
I really like Cinnabar Orange, Flugplatz Blue and Volcano Red, but all three of these seem incredibly rare. Unfortunately my budget is probably limited to around 100K so new colours like Cinnabar may not be available to me for a while anyway, but would be interesting to understand how many are out there, therefore how likely they are to appear in classifieds in the future.

PH member "Mako V12V" keeps a register of all V12V cars ever built, including the colours, however I'm pretty sure that all 3 of the colours you have listed came out either very late in V12V production, or just after. I don't recall seeing a V12V in any of those colours, however you do see the occasional V12VS in them, however Phil's register is strictly for V12V not V12VS - his job is hard enough just recording all those!
Of the 3, Volcano Red isn't that rare - uncommon is probably a better term, so there are quite a few about.
Flugplatz Blue is rare, I'm sure some of the members with cars in this colour know the exact numbers, but I think its about 12 or so cars quoted, but not sure if that's UK or worldwide.
Cinnabar Orange is also rare - I've only seen 1 or 2 in the UK, but there maybe more, and I've seen another 3-4 worldwide in pictures on various car photography sites and magazine.
These numbers are just for V12VS - you do see other models, such as Vanquish in these colours too.
Just checked on the used car configurator and right now there are 2 Volcano V12VS, 1 Flugplaz V12VS and 0 Cinnabar V12VS for sale right now, all over £100k though. The Flugplatz V12VS coupe at £115k is a cracking car if you can stretch a little and haggle hard!

I'm no expert but agree that the pictures don't look like Volcano Red, which I believe is a lot more metallic (only seen it in the flesh once, at Silverstone Classic a couple of weeks ago, and loved it).
I thought of wrapping my V8 something similar to Flugplatz, but having thought about it for a while, decided against it for a few reasons. No way I will buy the V12 and wrap it though - will just wait for the right car to come along.
Talking of which - The Flugplatz car at 115K does indeed look lovely. However I have just had all the cushions off the sofa and only found £1.50 so that still leaves me £14,998.50 short!

Good luck with the search OP, but as has been said, anything other than black, grey, white or silver is pretty rare on the V12V.
When I was looking for mine a few years back I first saw a Magma red car, it was a KX car and looked like it had been well run-in as a result. I'm sure being an ex-factory car it wanted for nothing but the interior was tired. Over the years, there have probably been about 3 Magma, 2 Mako blue, 1 Cobalt blue, 1 Midnight blue, 1 Fire red and 1 Madagascar Orange cars I've noticed for sale. All against a sea of greyscale.
I suspect a wrap, a later car, a long wait or a slice of luck is up next for you, hopefully the latter!

The pictures posted are of a magma red V12V. It's a cherry red colour and a very nice colour and one of the rarer paints for V12V.
The colours you mentioned were not around during V12V production. Rare colours for the earlier manual cars include, Mako blue (7 UK), Elwood blue (3), Fire Red. (7), Almond Green (1UK) , Cobalt blue (2), Madagascar orange (1), Montana Orange (1), Royal Amethyst (1) and other one-off colours
I now have around 730 of the 1200 V12V built on my Register.

Hi Phil, I know it's a fairly fundamental decision, but it's something that I haven't made my mind up on yet. I have had a few people tell me to stick to manual, but have also spoken to others with the sportshift that love it, so the only way to know for sure is to try a sportshift myself I guess.
I will regret it if I don't swap to a V12 at some stage, but i'll also probably regret it if I don't go for a colour a little different this time. Out of all the colours on the V12V I do like Mako and the two oranges, but obviously numbers are very limited.
If I went for a V12VS, it would seem to open up my options regarding colour a lot more. Still, there's no rush in making a decision. The longer I wait, the more the budget can go up! A year down the line the Fluplatz car currently for sale would be hard to refuse and Brentwood have a Diavolo red car that looks lovely as well. I don't think I have ever seen that in the flesh before so may pop along as its not too far away.

Yes, agree with your comment Dean, re the greater variety of "colours" on the S versions. You also have Yellow Tang as well as the colours you mention above.
I have driven the S and it certainly has the novelty value to it, particularly fast gear changes and a more tolerant suspension. The V12V is a raw driver's car.
Definitely go for an extended test drive, but only you will know if it will suit your own driving requirements day to day and longer term.
Mine is a weekend car so for me changing gear with a clutch/gear stick and the mechanical connection with the car coupled with a virtually unassisted drive is an essential for me
