Little Red Button

Hi all
I have recently bought a 2006 AM v8 Vantage and whilst trying to get the Apple Play to work came across a small red button. It was hidden behind the centre console carpet in the passenger footwell. Without thinking I pressed it but nothing (obvious) seemed to happen. Does anyone know what this button might be?

Ask the outfit that fitted the Apple Play. Was certainly not an option on the original car.

If you have the Aston Installations car play the red button is to reset the car play interface box

It is an Aston Installation so makes sense, thanks
