Does anyone know if these wheels are still available to purchase?

I've done a little shopping around to be told they have been discontinued.
If that's the case, what on earth happens if someone damages a wheel that requires replacement?

I assume you mean the V12VS 10 spoke lightweights?

Either way a very good place to start is with Dave Cooling, who has an ebay account and is a bit of a specialist in genuine AM wheels. He doesn't have any of the V12VS wheels listed at the moment, but if you drop him a message he may be able to source some.
