Maybe helpful to somebody on here. FCA announced they were looking into Discretionary Commission finance deals which probably some of you (myself included) are impacted by. Its early days yet but there is a possibility of money back that you shouldn't have had to pay depending on your arrangements.

There is already a thread on this running within the Finance forum which is also worth looking at.
In his programme last night it was stated that perhaps 40% of all Finance agreement's taken out may be affected.
Much as I don't necessarily like the chap his website is very useful in terms of the links provided for then producing an email template for onwards transmission to your Finance company.
