Interesting day out at AM Bristol for the launch of the new Vantage Roadster.
Love the new interior - roof folds mega quick but personally I prefer the old
style, hidden away beneath the bodywork.

Well seeing as we have a separate Roadster topic it seems appropriate to repost the photos from the HWM launch day a week ago.

After all you can’t have too many photos of nice Astons. smile

Any pictures of the boot with roof up and down to check the size?

The roof is apparently a "Z" design as opposed to the "K" design on the VH Vantage and takes up a lot less room.
The boot is probably twice the size of my V12 Vantage S Roadster.

I think the boot is the same 200 litres as my AM6 - pretty much identical to my previous F-Type convertible, in which we did a 10 day tour over the Swiss Alps into Tuscany. Soft bags and separate coats, walking boots wash bags and camera gear all fitted just fine.

Hanging the shirts and dresses behind the passenger seat - even without a suitable hook - frees up a lot of room in the boot.

A dry cleaning suit cover works best to keep out any dust or spots of rain with the roof down wink

All getting a bit too bling for my liking. Give me classic British, old fashioned understatement any day.

Did the red interior look less bright red in real life ? I’m hoping so…They do tend to look much more naff in photos

Yes, not quite so in your face - but still too “individual” for me.

I just can’t help thinking Peugeout...

If I were in the market for a new roadster this would be on my list. Absolutely beautiful.
