Aston Martin DB9 Diff Click

Hi everyone,
Hopefully someone can help me, I bought a lovely DB9 volante a couple of weeks ago with a great history, annoyingly though the diff has started clicking/juddering when cornering at low speeds like the LSD us locked, I’ve had a look at other forums and changed the oil in the diff with LSD specific oil (old oil that came out looked perfect) and still having the same issue.
I also added an extra bit of LSD additive to see if that would make it better but almost made it worse.
Am I missing something stupid? Would it be possible I need to do another oil change with a different oil? Or does it sound maybe like a clutch pack has failed?
Would ideally like to avoid having to have a new diff haha
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I had a similar problem on my Jeep with its rear LSD, binding on slow turns. I changed the oil and additive to correct levels/specs etc. and drove it for maybe 50 miles, taking it to a large car park and driving figure of 8 maneuvers to make the clutches work before it cured itself.
From the MOT history I knew the car had hardly been used all year before I bought it, and my jeep specialist said if they are parked for a long time, the clutches will dry out (they are not completely submersed in oil) and it takes time for the oil to soak back into them and work properly.
