Engine Oil Sump Capacity

Is it just me or is the gen2 cars with the V12 (2013 on) Engine oil capacity stated in the owners manual wrong?
Owners manual states "Engine Sump (including filter): 11.6 quart" (11L)
Every year I have to buy 14 qts to get it to the full mark using 13+ qts (12.3L +)

I mean right below that, the Fuel tank capacity says 17.5 gallons with a 1 note
1 says "Approximately 375 quarts usable"

That gives a usable capacity of 93.75 gallons (355L) What...?

The manual for my 2015 V12VS states that oil capacity is 13.8 quarts. That said, the gearbox section discusses Sportshift II -- which would be fine, except that the gearbox is actually Sportshift III...
