Just done 2600 mile tour of spain portugal, car ran like a dream!
I noticed the coolant tank has a leak on the seam,
Seemingly its pretty common,
The oe part is out of stock everywhere.
My mate works for a 3d print outfit that does aome incredible work, he reckons he could print one!.
But i need one to work with, mines just weeping and i dont want to take the car off the road.
Does anybody have a failed one kicking about i can send to the 3d team to try and get one copied.
Thanks
Craig

Cannot help with OP's question but 2,600 mile road trip to Spain and Portugal in a DB9 sounds epic.

Are there any issues in getting breakdown cover on 20+ year old cars for Europeon road trips, or do you just go wiothout?

Thanks for replies, the trip was incredible your welcome to have a look at my fb post on the trip
My European breakdown cover is part of the nationwide flex plus account, it covers any car any age provided by AA, oddly if you go to AA they don’t cover over 16 yrs old.
I’ll check euro spares out and the metal tank thanks
