Driver side door acting up when trying to open from inside

The driver side door on my 09 vantage started acting up recently and doesn't open cleanly unless i push it out a little, Most times, i hear the unlocking sound and the dash lights turn on when i push the inner latch but windows doesn't drop until i push the door out slightly? It works great from outside and windows drops so it can't be window motor/door module (works on pass side both inside/outside). Does the inner latch needs replacing (as they might stretch over time)? Anyone have any experience with it and potentially resolve it or any other diagnose i need to do? Thanks in advance!

Hi, depends on number of things, might have early door modules fitted meaning changes door glass movement a little. Also might be a faulty regulator too. Thanks
