Toyotal Supra Windscreen Wiper Delay Unit

Hi. I need to purchase a windscreen wiper delay unit for a Toyota Supra. This is wired into the loom and controls the delay of the wipers when the knob on the end of the steering column stalk is turned. It can be of any year between 89 and 94. I'm sure they are all the same.

Can anyone please help by giving me a website link or name/tel number of a likely supplier?

MR2's of similar age have the same thing - so I'd suggest there a good chance they use the same electronics, and probably a lot, lot more of them about in breakers than Supras.
