I saw a Nismo Qashqai

I need some explaining... Today I saw a Nissan Qashqai Nismo RS, I thought it was unique so I took a picture. This evening I googled the car and just got news stories saying about how Nissan may build it then in 2016 stories saying Nissan are not going to build them... so I'm confused, as I google the car and the only photo of a Nismo QRS on my brief look was also in black.

Please, someone, explain!!

Just in case anyone is interested in the idea, it looks like their will be one along with a Nivarra and X trail nismo model, but it might be more about the aesthetics than the performance.

Cant get myself excited about it though. If they made a new Primera Nismo or even a Pulsar Nismo I might have been more interested.
